RECIPE
THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE

On the 3rd April Liam Duffy and 13 friends will be doing the 3 peaks challenge in memory of his father Lawrence Duffy.
This challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours and is not one for the faint hearted.
The challenge starts in Scotland at Ben Nevis, which at, 1,344 metres, or 4,409 ft is the tallest of the three.
From there the expedition will drive south into the Lake District where they climb Scafell Pike (978 m, 3,209 ft).
The final of the three is the Welsh mountain, Snowdon, standing at no less than 1,085 m, 3,560 ft.

LAWRIE DUFFY - CO-FOUNDER

Lawrie sadly passed away on 26th December, he had been unwell for some months. As well as the deep grief of our loss is some relief for an end to his suffering.
​
Lawrie and Stacey set RECIPE up in 2011, the work we do at RECIPE will continue and Lawrie and his memory will always be part of RECIPE. Helping people was his passion, many of people over the years have received help, support, love and friendship. This will continue, it's what Lawrie would want us to do.
